To develop a sense of partnership by maintaining harmony between the citizens and the police and reducing the distance between the police and the people,

society by preventing and controlling criminal activities in collaboration
with both the citizens and the police,

community with the help of the community and take solutions with the help
of the community as well,
- To create a prosperous society by
doing creative works at the local level,
- To carry out local development
works through proper mobilization of local resources,
- To work in the interest of senior
citizens, women, children, and other backward classes,
- To conduct a public awareness
campaign against crime and criminal activities by which the citizens can
be mobilized automatically,
- To conduct programs on the
initiative of the community to motivate women, children, and youth in
creative activities,
- To establish the relationship
between the police and the citizens by creating the feeling that the
citizens are the police without uniforms and the police are the citizens
with uniforms,
- To create a society free from the
fear and terror caused by criminal activities by establishing the concept
of rule of law,
